I usually wear a 6-8 short or extra short. I ended up ordering a 6 short and crossed my fingers because honestly everything else was sold out size wise. I’m so glad I did! They are a perfect high rise mom jean, especially with a cuff. Beware though; there is NO stretch. Luckily, they run mildly big. These are the holy grail!

These were my first pair of "mom" jeans, I have sworn by skinny jeans for over ten years. These surprised me, in a good way. They are very high waisted, which seems to be the style. I bought a 10S and they went to the floor and it didnt look right, so I rolled them up. Looked way better, then paired with a pair of Docs and crop top.

I'm usually a 6 short in AE jeans in pretty much all of the styles. I have bought both mom jeans and jeggings in 6 short, so I'm glad I read the comments saying to size down. I tried on some $250 jeans that I wasn’t crazy about and decided to look in our AE store as a last resort and can’t believe I found these ! The comfort waist band combined with the rigid denim everywhere else makes these the best fitting jeans I have purchased in a long time . DON’T STOP MAKING THESE ! please do this for other styles !!! I will be buying as many of these as I can find. The only thing I don’t love is the placement of the rip near the bum.

I’m typically not able to buy jeans in store as I’m 6’ tall and need a size extra long. I usually wear a 6 or 8 and the mom jean style in a 6 fit great! This is the first pair of mom jeans I have tried at American Eagle and I am pleasantly surprised. I ordered on the larger size as I am in between a 6 and an 8. The 8 is a perfect fit with some room to breathe. The length is perfect in short! I will be ordering more jeans like this for sure.
