These jeans are perfect. They fit great, look even better, and give off that classic vintage vibe! Love them!

These are the most amazing wide-leg jeans hands down. If you're into a more streetwear or skater look, this is the pair to get. I thought the "baggy jean" was good, but these are even better. They're the perfect loose-fitted jeans, and although it's a high rise, it's definitely more mid-rise which I prefer (I'm a low rise type of girl, this is a perfect mix of high and low). I'm pretty short but these aren't too long. They touch the floor, but with shoes, they are the perfect height. As for the waist, they fit great! It's not too tight where I feel suffocated, nor too loose where there's a gap, it sits without falling but is comfortable. Fabric is also great, thick, and sturdy but I wouldn't expect any less from AE. I love these. They are so comfy and stylish. I love how they hug at the waistline and bottom, are not a very high rise, and hang loose around my legs. It makes my waist look tiny. I ordered my bigger size after reading reviews and they fit great. Wish they came in a nice dark wash so I could wear them for less casual occasions and also would prefer an X-Long length so the hem doesn't just hang there above certain shoes. #AEReviewSweepsEntry

I originally bought the ripped skater jeans for the shape but I’m beyond the age where I can wear those crazy rips. I sadly returned that pair and found these in the store. These are similar shape to the skater jeans with no rips, straight leg (not like baggy jeans which is a bit curved in on the legs). I am usually a size 2 short, but tried size 2 was too tight for me as they do not have much stretch on the waist, size 4 regular was actually pretty good, not too long. Highly recommend!

I bought these for my daughter. For ref she is 5ft, 114 pounds. In other pants from American eagle she is a 4. I believe because these don't have any stretch to them she needed to go up a size. I wear a size 6 in high waisted jeggings from American eagle, but I could not wear these. I would probably be in a size 10 in these if I wore them. I’m 5’3, 155 for reference.

really good fit. I like the diff length options bc the Medium (regular) is a tad too long for me. The short fits just right. Really comfortable. The jeans were cute, however it was tight in the crotch area. I am usually a size 6 short but these jeans were a little tight. I recommend going up one size up since it will most likely shrink when washed. Overall, the jeans were pretty good :) American eagle jeans are worth the price, the quality of the jeans are amazing, so if you are debating of whether or not to purchase these jeans I say go ahead, but order a size up!!! I had to exchange pants from Christmas and these were the ones I picked up! I usually buy short because that's my size but I don't mind them being the regular length. They are very comfy, but they do run a little tight, I'm sure they will loosen up over time (also the light wash is super fun!) #AESweepEntry

These pants are just what I was looking for! They are super cute on and go with almost everything! The rise is a little lower than I thought it would be but they are still comfortable to wear. :)

I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect wide/straight leg jeans and these are IT for me. I’m short, with curvy legs/hips/butt, and it’s hard to find jeans that fit my hips and butt and also don’t leave a gap at my waist. These make me look taller and my legs thinner, while holding my butt in and lifting it. The material is non-stretch, but the waistband does seem to have some give. I feel like it runs a bit smaller and longer than other AE jeans, so I sized up 1. Please make this in more washes!!

When these jeans came in and I tried them on for the first time, I was super upset because they seemed to be too tight/small but I tried them on again to show my sister and they were not as tight as a they were the first time and the next time I wore them they were PERFECT. So comfy and the waist stretched out to fit my body perfectly. I seriously could wear these jeans every single day. Love them!

these feel like they wanted to be high rise but because theyre mid rise the waist is a bit too small. had to do the wet jeans trick to stretch them out. worth it tho! such a cute style

The only thing that you need to keep in mind about these jeans is the sizing. Other than that, it’s a really good pair of jeans. Very comfortable too!

So, normally I am an 18-20, depending on the jean - usually an 18 if they have some stretch to them. I got an 18 in these and could not get them zipped over my mama belly. So I returned them and tried a 20 instead. I could get them zipped, but I felt like a sausage in a casing. So I decided to wash them and knowing how jeans are, thought maybe they just need broken in. OKAY. SO. When I put them on this morning, they were still a little damp out of the dryer. I have had them on all day and it is now 4pm. While yes, they are still stiff because there is no stretch, they definitely loosened up as the day went on. If you are in between sizes, size up and put them on damp. Hahaha.

These jeans aren’t stretchy like most AE jeans so if you don’t like them super tight around the hip area definitely go one size up. I wear a 4 which usually is slightly big on me and got a 4 in these jeans and had to jump to get them on.

These are the perfect wide leg jeans I’ve been looking for. They are a little tighter around my waist then I would like them to be but it is what it is. I’m 5’8” and weigh 155. I have a big butt and thick thighs and my butt looks so good in these! I ordered 10 long and they are tts, I always go between 8 and 10 in AE. I actually maybe would have ordered xlong for a little more length but for the look I wanted I’m glad they had long.

I love the jeans - especially the color and the wide leg. But even though a 14 is what I wear in AE, these jeans were too snug to keep. AE jeans in a "short" are always perfect for me (I'm 5'0" but wear 4-5" heeled boots with my jeans). The jeans I received just hit the floor with no shoes or boots on - so they were way too short to wear with my jeans. I'm not sure if the jeans I got were typical or off a bit. But I do like the jeans so I'm going to return these and re-order the next size up and hope they are a 30" inseam like my other "short" AE jeans.

When I first put these one, I was so disappointed. They fit in the waist but we’re strangely tight in the crotch and thighs (even for rigid pants). But, since they were so cute I decided to take a risk and wear them out. I was so shocked how much they loosened up after a few hours!

Love the style of these very loose fitting in the legs, there is no stretch so I did have to exchange for one size up now they fit perfectly! Could be dressed up or down really great jeans

So I have a pear-shaped body type with wide hips and ✨ thiccc ✨ thighs. I really like these but I did have to size up because they were too tight around my thighs. Other than that, these are a great pair of jeans. Fitted on my thighs and loose around my calves. I definitely recommend!!
