I am normally an XXS and it did technically fit but it was way too tight and short for what I was looking for. I sized up to a S and love it -- still fitted, but much more versatile for work, dinners, etc. Wish they had the other color available so I could buy that one too.

Incredibly flattering dress, warm and super cute. I'm 5 feet and it's the perfect height for me with good length. I'm a size 8. I ordered size Medium and it's a perfect fit. it's super cozy. I bought both colors. I will have fun wearing these dresses in the winter weather. Thank you American Eagle. You out did yourself with this one!

Never been really much of a Fall Dress person (I don't like my legs/bod lol) but this one is cute. I really like AE's shades of brown - the fabric is soft and I'd prob pair it with tights. I like tight-fitting clothes so I ordered the smallest size :) #aereviewsweepsentry

Too short for curves!

I wanted to love this dress. I’ve been looking for a turtleneck dress for ages, and I loved the brown colour; however, it JUST goes past my bum. I am a curvier size 14, 36DD bust. It is VERY form fitting, stretchy and comfy, but not really the vibes I was going for. When I think sweater dress, I don’t think painted on vibes. Maybe it would be better if it was longer? The high turtleneck and long sleeves look a bit goofy when it barely goes past the bum. I wish it came in tall options for us taller folks. Sigh!

I’m so sad I’ve only worn the dress once to my office job and a hole and piling have already started to occur at the underarm. I didn’t even put it in the laundry yet! I chose to buy from here cause I’m tiny and they had an XXS petite size option so I thought it would be worth the $40 if it was gonna fit me well. I think it was a little big for an xxs petite specifically on the torso it was loose while the arms were more fitted. I should’ve returned it :/
