Mixed Feelings

These jeans are so cute, but the extra fabric around the crotch area is unflattering. :( Sadly, I'm going to be returning these. #AEReviewSweepsEntry

Very Wide leg

I’m 5’2, these were too long on me, dragging. I will be returning. If you’re looking for wide leg, these are definitely wide

The waist is a bit disproportionate to the thigh

According to chart I’m an 8, but I definitely could have fit the 6 maybe even with some extra room. I did find that the thigh area was fitting meaning while I had a couple loose inches on the waistline. It’s an inch too long for me and I’m 5’4. Overall the dragging length with the bagginess just doesn’t look the best in my opinion, I would def like it if it fit perfectly length wise. Maybe if I had a 3 inch platform sneakers.. I could make it work without dragging on the ground lol. I really wanted to like them and haven’t fully decided if I want to keep it. I will say, these pants would be perfect for a day devoted to hitting the food trucks, it’ll keep your food baby in place without needing to unbutton lol. I also mainly bought this because I needed in between clothes that will fit me when my weight fluctuates. Im currently at my heaviest having gained about 15 lbs at around 132 currently (I’m normally 116) and I know I’ll loose it as soon as I start sleeping and eating better meaning these will definitely be too big to even make it work to be “baggy” as it’s already baggy enough so given the already loose waist, it will def be too big. Overall, too long, too loose in the waist while being fitting on the thigh meaning I’m not sure going down a size would be as comfortable and allow for easy bending bc the material is not stretchy. Also, I don’t have crazy thick thighs compared to my waist, it’s proportional, I mean it’s thick, but not disproportionate to my body lol

Jeans Review

I love American Eagle jeans except for this pair, they looked better online then in person. They ran larger then I expected .

Way too long but super comfy

I’m 5’3” 120 lbs. ordered 2P and had to cut a couple inches off the bottom (and my legs aren’t super short - I’m a 28” inseam). They’re kinda cheap feeling—a cross between denim and twill, very thin. But they’re super comfy and for me they work. I’m casual to a fault and needed something other than sweatpants but can’t stand jeans these days. Worth buying on sale.

Runs huge!

These pants are so cute! But unfortunately I had to send them back because they were so huge around the waist. I'm 5'4" and 105lbs. I ordered a size 2 and they were extremely big on the waist.

Horrible sizing

I used to love AE jeans. Now, I can't find a single pair that fit. I have been having to order 2-3 sizes up on different jean styles and am struggling to find pairs that feel and look good. The waist on every single pair is suffocating. Wish AE did better. #AEReviewSweepsEntry
