AE Super Soft Cable Knit Crew Neck Sweater

Great sweater! Bought for my son to wear for family pictures. Looked perfect.

I got this for my boyfriend's Christmas gift (shhh, don't tell him!!) and it is everything I hoped for and MORE!! He likes to have a little extra wiggle room in his clothes and since the overall fit is slightly larger, it is going to be nothing short of perfect for him. Not to mention it is insanely soft and feels like one of the comfiest and coziest options for those exceptionally blistering winter days. If there is any hesitation, let me help ease that and just say that the sweater looks even better in person, and it is more of a cream color with some hints of dark grey and beige, perfect to pair with literally any other colors! Super Soft should not be part of this product name. It's not a bad sweater but unlike the solid color Super Soft sweaters (which are amazingly soft and comfortable), this sweater is a very different texture. A little bit scratchy (not too bad) but also a bit stiff. Also doesn't fit the same - which I guess is good because it's not as soft and stretchy as the solid colors. I got M tall and this fits kind of loose for the sizing. On the upside, it hangs straight like the other sweaters and my biggest dislike of sweaters in general is a waist hem that rides up. This doesn't ride up. It's also not as cozy/warm as the solid color sweaters.

I bought this hoping to give it as a Christmas gift, but it is not soft at all. The texture feels more like a heavy woven cotton. It seems like it would be very warm and comfortable, but I thought the description was not accurate for the item. I will be exchanging for something else.
