Aerie Real. Period.® Underwear

I’m in my late 50’s and incontinence is sneaking up on me especially at night. I wear them at night and wake up and I feel no wetness whatsoever even though I’m positive there had been leakage. So very comfortable, like wear regular panties, absorbent and keep you dry. I purchased 10 pair and I’ve washed them in regular loads, no special treatment (probably contrary to what the instructions say). They come out just as effective as the first day I got them. I haven’t worn them under jeans (no daytime “issues”) but I’m sure you they’d look and feel as if you just had regular underwear on. Highly recommend!

Aerie period underwear is the best I've come across. It makes having a period so much easier. I may be crazy but I think they help with cramping, and I love that I'm not exposing my body to chemicals. I buy a size larger than my regular underwear because the fit is a little small. I just have to say I love these. It is so nice to not have to wear pads or tampons anymore. I've even worn them at the gym during my period without any unfortunate incidences. That being said, once I got home, I changed into a new pair. Now down to the nitty gritty. I am 40yo and my periods do not last as long as they used to, I would say that the first day is the heaviest. My period lasts about 3d total. I would say I have a moderate flow and I use 2 pair of these underwear per day. One pair in the morning and a new pair before bed. I first only bought 4 pair to see how they would work, now I have 8 to use through my cycle. I have to say the fit is wonderful and comfortable. I do not have any issues with the back end creaping up, if you know what I mean. Overall I am completely satisfied and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a more earth friendly and significantly more comfortable alternative.

This is what we've been looking for!!! I don't know about you guys but I'm such a free bleeder at night and this helps me stay comfy doing it! I know some people say it feels like a diaper but I would argue the aerie period underwear is more comfortable than one of those overnight or even super large pads you would wear instead of this. Be like me and feel free to bleed into these as soon as evening time. P.S. the cleaning for these are super easy they give you a little information packet basically saying to wash these in cold water first by hand and then in the washer. I just hand wash them in the sink then let them dry in my shower before adding them to the laundry and there hasn't been any change of quality or size. #AEReviewSweepsEntry
