Instead of writing some suck up fake review that people write to hope they get the gift card, I am going to write a honest review. I wasn’t very happy with this item. It indeed was cheeky and just didn’t fit my body right. I would say it most likely depends on the type of swimsuits you wear. I have wide hips, but I usually wear a small in the high waisted Aerie bottoms. In this bathing suit, the seams are very very rigged, so it cuts off at the bottom causing a “squishing out of your clothes” look. Also, I’m aware it’s meant to but cheeky, but for me it was barely more than a thong. But my biggest complaint, and largely why I gave 2 stars, is that when I sized up, the “squishing out” look got a little better, but the medium had the exact same amount of butt coverage. I went to the store and tried it on and then compared it with my small. It lined up perfectly. I don’t understand why sizing up wouldn’t include a larger butt.
