I made the mistake of sizing up and ordered the XXL and they were too big, so I’ll be ordering the XL. However, when I held the shorts tighter to get a feel of how the XL would fit, I love the way they look and they’re super cute! I’d definitely recommend these shorts and I would order your normal size!

I got two colours, green and blue, because I was too excited to finally see loungewear that's vintage looking, ruffled and feminine. They arrived and look exactly how I want them to be. I'm 5'2'', slightly under 100 pounds and got size XS, and they fit perfectly. The leg and booty area are so roomy and the waist line is skinny enough for me to wear it as high-rise. The fabric is extremely soft and lightweight, and the waist band is very elastic to go over my bigger thighs. The cut is so nice that it literally makes you look taller and skinnier. Highly recommend. Aerie please make more of these feminine looking loungewear in the future! The world's got enough basic plain minimalist clothes already.

I love this short! I'm super picky when it comes to bottoms and I truly have nothing bad to say for this. They're true to size and super comfy and lightweight. I want to get them in other colors. They will be great for summer as well!

Perfect summer shorts

I’m so excited to wear these shorts! They’re super light and comfy, and the ruffle makes them cute enough to dress up or down! I typically wear a medium and think they fit true to size. My booty is a little larger (hello pear shapes!) so I notice a little tightness around the hips if they aren’t situated just so, but that’s mostly just me, super cute and comfy.
