I saw this skirt in my local aerie store and knew I had to have it! I normally am a large in leggings and biker shorts and a medium in sweatpants. So I got a large for this skirt and ended up returning it for a medium! The medium snugs me perfectly ! #AEReviewSweepsEntry

I’ve tried on pleated skirts in the past and they were not flattering on me. I decided to give this a shot and I LOVE it! I can’t wait to wear this come warm weather. It is short but the shorts have good coverage (and pockets!). #AEReviewSweepsEntry

I bought this skirt for spring/ also to play tennis in & it did not disappoint!! The fabric is so silky and comfortable, and it’s very breathable. I love how I can wear this skirt for different occasions, and I will definitely be buying it in more colors. I highly recommend .

I love the style and comfort of this skirt. The material is so soft and it is easy to move around in. The waist is very stretchy and makes you look slimmer. Overall you definitely need this skirt!!

Great skirt, pretty much perfection. However if you're thinking of getting the "Lime" colour, beware that it's VERY different irl. The pics online are this light cucumber/mint colour, but the actual colour is a blindingly bright, super saturated green - see pic. Everything else about the skirt is amazing though, just 1 star taken off for the misleading colour.

This skirt is activewear tennis skirt short, not fashion tennis skirt short. That means that people WILL see the shorts underneath and it's designed to be like that. The sides are shorter than the front and back so the shorts peak out. I don't mind in the darker colours but beware of the white! These skirts are super comfortable and cute, but the white version is see-through (both the skirt and the shorts). You can see the shorts outlined through the skirt, especially if there is a light source behind you. And you can see your underwear through the white shorts.

Runs a bit large and wrinkles easily. Look is super cute. Paired with cropped tank where the skirt’s wide waist band will cover any sins

Love this skirt!! It fits so comfortably, even a little loose. The attached shorts underneath have 2 pockets which is so awesome. I love how it tapers upward a little on the sides!! Very flattering to my waist and super fun and flirty and flowy. Definitely gonna grab a few in the other colors!!

Omg I love this skirt so much it is such a confidence boost! It is a bit short on the sides but the shorts underneath are gray and cover enough. They have pockets!!!!

This skirt is perfect. I love how it fits and the fabric is buttery soft! It matches a wide range of tops and of course can be dressed up or down. It’s super comfy and fun! I hope the little hidden writing on the shorts. Such a good touch.

This Skirt is good quality, but they, when you are walking the back, does lift up a bit when you walk. But there are shorts underneath so you're not uncomfortable.

Cute & comfy but very short! I wish Aerie would make these in lengths. I love mini skirts/dresses, but these could use an extra couple inches. I tried on a small & medium. The material around the waist is very comfy & stretchy, so both sizes fit well. I ended up purchasing the medium for the extra length. The shorts underneath are very comfortable I’m 5’7”, 135lbs, 26-27” waist

Like everything in this line, it’s so soft and comfy! Not sure why, but the pleating on the sides pokes out more when I put it on making my hips look extra wide .. very odd but not enough to keep me from wearing it. #AEReviewSweepsEntry

I am 5'8" and usually on the border of a tall vs. regular size for clothing. I was hopeful that this skirt would be appropriate for golfing, but it was so incredibly short, so I had to return. I am very disappointed because it is so comfy and so cute! Would love to see this style in a tall length.

Don't get me wrong, I DO like this skirt and I actually own it in multiple colors. I'm 5'1 so the length was actually pretty nice. Definitely short but nothing like too crazy for the Spring/Summer. However, I have a generally curvy body type and something about the pleats here just makes my hips appear so much wider. I am a big fan of pleated skirts but I have never had one hit against my hips in a way that made them look how this one does. To be fair, I love the material and idea of this skirt so I am going to keep trying to style it in different ways that would help flatter my figure more.

Wish that the skirt was a bit longer than the shorts, extremely comfortable and easy to style. Do not size down.

I love the idea of this skirt. It would be perfect for the summer and working out in style. It is well made, lightweight, and made from great material. Sadly, this skirt just didn't work for my body. I am curvy and have an hourglass shape. I wanted it to work for me. Instead of flattering my features, it made my hips look even wider. I think it's the pleated feature that isn't working for my body, but regardless It wasn't for me. I don't not recommend this product, but be wary that it may not flatter your body type.

I bought this skirt because I read conflicting reviews of whether or not the this skort was TOO short so I wanted to see for myself. Personally I felt it was a bit too short to be worn casually so I returned.
