Definitely size up! I wear a med or small here and the medium in these feel like a small. So they are for sure xtra hold up, they squeeze you in but not in a bad way! But they are still comfy and I love the blue color it is perfect for spring.

My new go to leggings! I ordered a large in these leggings (I’m usually a size 10/12). Wore these leggings all day and they never rolled down or stretched out. The compression under the butt and on the sides is subtle but definitely perks up the booty. I can see myself getting these in more colors!
