Love these jeans!! They are not super high waisted even though it says they are but they’re still worth it. I am 5’4, 125lbs, curvy hourglass body with wider hips and thicker thighs and I bought a size 2. These jeans are very flattering on my curves. I bought in the regular length and they are baggy around the ankle (I have shorter legs) which is just the style I want. Perfect pair of jeans to have in my wardrobe! They go well with everything!

i like that these arent as wide/baggy as whats currently in style, but a little on trend. fitted in hips, butt, waist. lower rise than expected- more like midrise. I am only 5’2” and these are regulars- i recommend getting a longer length than usual. in fact first pair i tried on were tall, and i could have made it work.

I love these jeans, but pay attention to the negative reviews! If you know your size in these (for me, one size down from my usual non-AE jeans size), have a pear shape, and are expecting MID-rise (not high rise, contrary to the product name), then these are awesome! I'm 5'6" and these are just long enough for me, so if you're even a smidge taller go long length (and sorry to the truly tall girls, they probably won't be long enough). These are comfy, on-trend, and flattering if you tick the boxes I listed above. 4 stars because I love mine, but the advertising is misleading and sizing is tough to figure out.

I love the jeans, they fit nicely. My only complaint is that I ordered a 10 long and these barely come to my ankle (exactly how regular length fits me). I wish I wasn't so picky about my jeans going past my ankle because that almost made these a deal breaker for me.

I bought these a week ago and have already worn them 4 times i love them so much. The only downside is that they have rips on the bottom that i sometimes trip on or get my feet stuck in but the jeans are perfect and fit perfectly. I love them so much

I am over pleased with the fit however they were supposed to be without rips or tears. They had ripped hems at the bottom posterior legs. I decided to keep them as the hassle of returns just was not worth it overall

I love this style of ae jeans. Only pair of jeans that fit me length wise as I’m 4’11 (short version). I recently got the black ones and they fit perfectly but I didn’t notice it had a cut in the back. It makes the jeans uneven for no reason. The string was also coming apart and I kept stepping on them. I wish they would’ve picked one and stuck with it instead of both fray in the back and hem in the front. It’s not too bad but it just gets in the way.

these pants are super comfy and flattering! but they run reallyyyy small. I sized up from my usual AE size and they fit well. My normal size would have been WAYYYY too tight. Wish the sizing was more consistent across all of the curvy jeans.

Weird Cut at Bottom of Legs

Love the color and fit of these jeans but the bottom cut is super strange. The front of the pant is hemmed at the bottom but the entire back is cut/ripped. It is clearly not a mistake as it's on both legs. SUPER STRANGE.

I wanted to love these as the color is perfection! They are not a perfect black, which is what I was looing for. They are the perfect wide leg. And i loved the raw hem in the back. Length for me was perfect just a pinch above my ankle but perfect. These are all the pros.
The cons are this is not a high rise at all. These are more of a midrise. Take a close look at the model you will see this is not high rise. Not a deal breaker yet BUT they ride so far up your front and back its painful. Literally. Now that's a dealbreaker. I was so disappointed because these fit like perfection along the leg as well. I may try a bigger size but I do not think that's the issue because they fit, and they actually look great from behind. For note I'm 5'7', 125lbs size 0 regular ordered. And all other AE jeans I'm a 0.

The material is great but the fit is inconsistent and unflattering, & not a true “long”. The black pair was mid rise and the lighter pair was high waisted. Please stick to the material but redesign in a true high waist and non curvy as well. I am curvy but still had waist gap. I always have to stick to regular fit.

These jeans are great, just not what I’m looking for. I’m usually between a 4 long and 6 long on jeans, and the 4 curvy long fit perfectly. My problem with the jeans is that, in my opinion, they are definitely mid-rise. They sit right on my hip bones, exactly an inch below my belly button. Nothing wrong with the jeans themselves, just not my style.

These don't fit the same as their other curvy jeans. I bought my usual size and couldn't even get them on, then I sized up and they fit everywhere except being way too big in the waist which is how non-curvy jeans fit me. They're also not really high-waisted and I'm pretty short. Other than that they're cute I just wish they fit better.
