im 5’2 and i like my jeans a but longer, i got a 2 long and they were perfect! i had previously ordered a 2 regular but they were too croped. they reached my ankles

I typically wear a 4-6 in AE jeans. After reading the reviews, I decided to size down to a 2. When I received the jeans they were still too large on my waste. They have a lot of stretch! I returned for a size 0 and will update when they arrive. They are super cute though!

These are seriously the PERFECT jeans. Very light material with a good amount of stretch. I usually cant wait to take my jeans off because theyre so uncomfortable, but these feel like lounge pants theyre so comfy! Theyre not too low of rise and stay up on my hips, which I appreciate. Couldn’t reccommend enough, I need the darker wash next!

size 2 short in the light color. Im 55, 5’1, 122lbs, hips 40inch. The material is that super soft, not stiff jean. I washed them in hot water and hot dryer to see if they shrink and wore them for a few hours to see if they stretch before writing this. They didnt shrink at all. They are stretchy material but didnt really stretch much when worn, maybe just a bit and they might stretch more if they were tighter. They fit me perfect/loose and I sized down. If you want them more form fitting go down 2 sizes. The rise is more mid but not high, the length it seems must vary as all AE jeans do, these are a bit shorter than i’d prefer but overall I love them. I will order a regular length if they go on sale again.
