i wenf a size up from the size guide and am i glad i did. the small woukd have fit but probably with no room to grow. i got the m/l and i am normally a size 6 which fits loose and i can fit a size 4. now with the m/l i have several rungs i can go up or down still. it fits as it should. the colour is less green than ad which i love!!! this was a hit for me!!! i bought the black too!! so glad i did! if you get the right size this belt will last you for life as your size changes. great buy!!!
