Aerie Real. Period.® High Rise Boybrief Underwear

These have been my best purchase in a while. I definitely not going back after trying these panties. I have medium to heavy flow and have absolutely no issues. They also feel incredibly comfortable.

These are INCREDIBLY comfortable. They look like granny panties but on my period I do not care. I’ve recently been having cycle issues where I’m bleeding a lot longer than usual and these make it so much more comfortable. I’m usually a large and I also got a large but you can size down for a tighter fit. 10/10 recommend!

Very comfortable to wear all day or night. More coverage than I expected. I don’t have a big butt yet it’s a little tight around the butt cheek because of the elastic. I wouldn’t size up though. The absorbency was comparable to another brand I’ve tried and I didn’t have any leaks. I also went for a run with them on and a tampon in. I didn’t leak or feel super sweaty. #AEReviewSweepsEntry

These are great for spotting days especially if you work a job where frequent bathroom breaks aren’t guaranteed. comfortable and they work well

I bought these to be practical undies for those days when you need some more coverage and I think they'll fit the bill for that perfectly. The high waist is nice and non-pinchy.

I am 5’6 and 135 pounds. I have a heavy flow on days and nights 1-3. The period underwear are perfect. There is absolutely no leakage and they are super comfortable. I wore them for over 10 hours and never felt “wet” like a pad can feel. I recommended them to my sisters and girlfriends. Plus it is sustainable! Also very easy to wash. I prefer to dry mine outside or hanging up and have not put them in the dryer. I did not use a mesh laundry bag as recommended. I see no issue. The low rise ones are great, but these are perfection! The rise is very high, which is so comfy and flattering when you're bloated. Like with the low rise, these seem to run a little bit large, but I find I like that during that time of the month.

I loved the idea of these and was excited to try them. Unfortunately they’re SO big. I’m just under 5’4” and weigh 160, I bought a size medium and someone else could’ve climbed into them with me. Honestly. I’m not someone who needs everything skintight, especially underwear for during my period, I have endometriosis and deal with bloating/swelling regularly, but these would’ve bagged up in the bum and pretty much have fallen down. Bear that in mind when ordering. They’re soft, lovely, and seemed to be well made. It’s just the sizing that is off.

Ordered this in the smallest size and it fit but it's still VERY high waisted but doesn't provide the best coverage in the crotch area. Not uncomfortable but would rather purchase the other styles. #AEReviewSweepsEntry

I love the fit of these. Please make this style in non-period cotton underwear!

The fit is too big for me (too long) so it comes up way higher than is comfortable for me but I am short (5’3) so that might not be an issue if you’re taller. My biggest complaint with these though is the seam that the absorbent material leaves on your butt. First of all I can see it through pants and second of all it makes me feel like my underwear are falling down whenever I am walking which is incredibly uncomfortable. It also makes me sweaty :( unfortunately I will not be buying again

These do not hold their contents in sweaty environments. Twice now I have trusted these and twice now I have been fooled. Most recently I ruined a pair of white sneakers with the sweat dripping down my legs and into my socks. No joke. Also the actual absorbent piece is too narrow and doesn’t stay in place. I have a few sets of stained sheets to prove it. Won’t be repurchasing for sure.
