I’m 5’8 and 170. I usually wear a 10-12 in bottoms (probably 12 in AE) and the XL fit me perfectly without digging in at all. The Terry fabric is a nice change of pace.

I really wanted to love this bottom but it runs small, im usually a large and thats what i got but was small, it fits but digs in just a little which i dont like, gotta loose an inch or 2 in the belly to make it work , working out to lose 3 inches anyways so hopefully they will fit by summer time! Lol so keeping them as a goal :) im 5'4 185 lbs 33 in mid waist and 48 inch hips so for curvy girls o definitely recommend sizing up 1!
