I am 5’1” 130 lbs 28” waist and 36” hips.. I got the XS and feel like I should have gotten the small. The xs fits great, it just is more fitted around my bum than I wanted it to be, but I need it for a party and dont have time to return, or else I would exchange for the small for a bit more room. Love it though! So soft and comfy. The grey has sparkles (see photo) that are just subtle enough for this time of year :)
