I am usually a Medium (5’10” 145lbs 36A) but i returned for a small and i am so glad i did. the small still has some wiggle room and can fit over my head without unbuttoning. the fabric is a little stretchy too!

this is one of the cutest pieces I own from American Eagle. I love to layer it over a lace cami. It is pretty delicate, so you will have to be gentle with it. But this is definitely a Summer staple.

I bought the green one first and just loved the style so much. I ordered the ivory one. I will say that I am a solid size medium, and I ended up ordering a large in the ivory one due to the fit of the green one in medium. I wanted this to be a little flowy and loose like in the photos, my normal size medium. It was not that way. Otherwise, it is absolutely adorable!

This top is so beautiful and very light weight so it'll be perfect for layering! I do suggest sizing up if you're bigger chested because like a previous review stated that the buttons will not lay flat. The bottom half flares out a little but I wouldn't call this peplum. I really wish they had it available in my size in the olive but the creme is very aesthetic. Don't hesitate while it's not sale!

Incredibly soft, delicate, and sweet! I bought this to go under a pair of overalls and I must say it is so incredibly pretty. I feel like it flatters any tank top or bralette so well, and when loosely buttoned up the look is just elevated tenfold. I 100% recommend, it’s too cute not to love.

I usually am an xs at AE and this fit me a little more fitted than I would prefer. If you want it looser and more oversized like the model, size up. I got the olive color and it looks the same shade as the pics online. This type of material also tends to usually feel pretty cheap but this top actually felt a little more sturdy and well made. You still need to be careful with it but I definitely think the construction and material make it worth the $31 price!
