My grandchildren love shopping at AE. I usually used my card to get the best deals. Recently my card was closed and now we can’t get the deals. I always paid my account off so I don’t understand the problem. I want to keep bringing the kids there but not after this

I bought these for my 31 y/o son. Last time I purchased for him, he was a 27/34. He had mentioned that he finally gained a little weight, so I thought I'd be safe to get 29/34. They were too tight. I brought the jeans back to AE Rochester, MN. My son had neglected to include the receipt. I told the salesgirl I wanted to exchange them. She was wonderful and even found the new ones 30/34 for me. Son tried them on, and they were perfect. Fantastic customer service and phenomenal size availability!!

I went in to the store to buy some jeans sadly they didn't have my size but I went up to the cashier who was super friendly and was nicely greeted and she helped me order the correct size online. Told me they would be delivered Friday and when they came they were amazing they fit perfectly and felt so soft. Not gonna lie they are now my favorite place to buy jeans. 10/10 will buy my jeans from American eagle from now on.

Bought my black jeans a week ago. Love this store. Always a very friendly and helpful staff. Jeans fit perfectly. Stay soft after washing and keep there color. Like coming in to find specials and discounts. First time signing up to get emails and your cashier was so helpful in getting me signed up. I don't recall her name. I wish I would have gotten it. All my recipe says is: cashier MMO566. I will be back and this time I will make sure that I get the name/names of the people who take care of me. Thank you 😊
