I bought this and am going to pick it up today but I wanted to leave a review on the customer service. Called the past 3 days and the girl there was really helpful and checked for me all 3 times with checking to see if it was there and tracking it for me . The quality is amazing but it arrived flat ðŸ˜... Like if it was a paper. It was only packed in a bag without any other protection to ensure the structure of the hat.
I'm very disappointed.
