I’m obsessed with these shorts and have basically been wearing them non stop. they are so cute and comfy. I go between small and medium in Aerie, and I got a small based on other reviewers to size down. I too would recommend you to size down. My waist is 29” hips 40” for reference, I’m also pregnant (very small bump) but these are stretchy enough they’ll grow with me this summer! The shorts stretch out a little with wear, but not in a saggy butt kind of way.

i’m usually a size 10 in AE jeans but since these shorts are a relaxed fit, I ordered a size medium. I am very happy with the way that they fit. The waistband has lots of room to expand or the drawstrings allow you to cinch it. Theyre also a great length. I’ll wear them for a neighborhood walk, to lounge around the house, or to bed.
