Not sure about the other review on sizing down. The shorts are high waist which doesn't say in the description nor are they blousy like the models but I love them!!!! I honestly say they fit true to size. I am 5' 1" 100 pounds and got an XXS. The top is an oversize cropped top but nothing that is overwhelming large and cropped but hits your belly button. And these are on sale! A must get. And the material is cozy !
