Where is the Aerie REAL Fest taking place?

The event will be held at The Carlyle, located in the center of metro Atlanta, situated directly between Buckhead and Midtown. The address is 1919 Piedmont Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30324.

What time should I plan to arrive at the event, and when should I expect to leave?

The doors to the event will open at 12pm EST to allow time for guests to arrive, register, mingle and get their seats. Programming will begin at 1pm EST. Programming will wrap at 5:30pm EST, followed by a happy hour until 6:30pm EST. 

Can I arrive late and/or leave early?

Yes, you may arrive late or leave early. We recommend that you plan to arrive close to when doors open at 12pm EST in order to ensure you get through registration before programming starts at 1pm EST. Please note that once you leave, you will not be permitted to return. 

Where do I park for the Aerie REAL Fest?

We highly recommend taking public transportation or Uber/Lyft/rideshare, as parking is very limited on site. Aerie is offering a $10 Uber voucher toward a ride to the event. See Eventbrite page for more details. Valet parking is available at no charge on a first come, first serve basis.

Will food & drinks be provided?

Yes, we will have a variety of snacks, light bites and drinks available to guests throughout the day. Gluten-free options will be available.

Will alcohol be served?

Yes, alcohol will be served at the happy hour. Drinks will be limited to 2 per person. Alcohol will only be served to guests age 21+. Legal photo ID with date of birth will be required. 

Is there an age requirement to attend the event?

No, however the event content will be geared towards guests age 15+.

Is the event accessible?

Yes, there is an ADA-compliant entrance and floor plan, along with an ASL interpreter for each panel and conversation. 

What can I bring with me?

You may bring a small tote bag or purse with you. No large bags or backpacks permitted. Exceptions will be made for medically necessary bags, including diaper bags. Bags are subject to search for security purposes. 

What should I wear?

Dress however you feel comfortable! Express your style with a casual look that you’ll feel great in for a day-long event. Most of the programming will be seated, but there will be mixing and mingling, going to different experiences and spaces, so comfortable footwear is also recommended. 

How do I buy tickets?

Are tickets refundable?

No, ticket sales are final. 

How do I access my tickets?

You will receive an email from Eventbrite with your tickets for the event.
