It’s graduation season, Aerie fam, and with it comes tons of invites to grad parties! Whether you’re celebrating your own graduation or supporting your friends and fam who are recent grads, you’ll need at least one go-to look that makes you feel amazing and ready to let the good times roll.
While there are no rules for grad party dressing, you’ll need something lightweight (for hotter temps), layerable (in case of both sunshine and AC) and ultra-comfy (so you can dance, swim and celebrate all night!). I am wearing the Aerie Wrap Mini Skirt with the matching Bralette Top in the Dark Algae color. I finished my look with the cutest necklace, sunnies and beach-to-party cover up!
What inspired you to style it this way?
I love a matching set and florals/bright colors are my go-to staple for sunny weather! I wanted a matching outfit that’s head to toe that makes me feel in touch with my femininity. A matching set makes me feel like my outfit is complete.
What do you love about these pieces & this look?
I love how when you look at the print, you feel happy! I love the fit, the color, and how confident and beautiful I feel. What I love about this look is that it is perfect for the Spring and Summer and really pops in a photo.
Why is this look perfect for a grad party?
This look is perfect for a grad party because it is a real eye catcher and so comfortable to wear all day. During grad season, it gets hot! This looks keeps you cool while looking cool. It is also perfect for dancing because it’s light and flowy.

I am wearing the OFFLINE by Aerie Nylon Pleated Skirt in White and the Aerie Rebel Cropped Tank Top in Bright Mustard. I styled these with white heels, big golden hoops, and my classic puff!
What inspired you to style it this way?
I love clean looks with consistent color schemes, and I couldn’t wait to get the skirt paired with some heels. My hairstyle is a large part of who I am, and so I thought it was a great thing to include in an Aerie post, which is all about loving yourself.
What do you love about these pieces & this look?
I love how much the yellow pops against the white pieces and my skin! It’s a beautiful spring and summer color that brightens up any look. The skirt is perfect with the way that it flows and the built in shorts really allow for summertime fun.
Why is this look perfect for a grad party?
You can dress it up or dress it down! Whether you’re a bit fancier like I am or just pair it with some sneakers and a shacket, you will be comfortable all day through all of your activities. It’s airy enough for hot days and fashionable enough that you’ll want to wear it for pictures, too.

I’m wearing an Aerie halter dress with a pair of bold gold earrings and my favorite Aerie Getaway Sunglasses! For shoes, I couldn’t go wrong with a pair of chunky, brown heels.
What inspired you to style it this way?
The pattern is beautiful, so I wanted to make it the star of this look. I kept it simple with some bold earrings to draw attention to my face, and of course some Aerie Sunnies to keep the sun out of my eyes.
What do you love about these pieces & this look?
I love how flowy this dress is! There’s not going to be that uncomfortable sweaty feeling after hours outside with this breezy outfit.
Why is this look perfect for a grad party?
This look is great for a grad party because it’s so easy to style for any venue. You can go from a picnic in the park to a night out in the city in one go!
