With a name like “gooey glorious grand cookies” it has to be tasty, right?! Watch as Iskra walks us through the full baking directions in the video below, showing us how to make the yummy Levain Bakery-inspired cookies in our own kitchen.
Iskra’s Gooey Glorious Grand Holiday Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup cold butter cut in small cubes
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp cornstarch
¾ tsp baking soda
¾ tsp salt
2 cups chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla essence
Directions:
Preheat oven to 410 degrees Fahrenheit. Cream butter and sugars together; add eggs one by one, add vanilla. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients. Gradually add dry mix into wet mix, without overmixing. Add in chocolate chips. Use an ice cream scoop to scoop out the mixture onto a baking tray. Bake for nine minutes. Let cool, then enjoy!
