We gathered an inspiring group of our #AerieREAL Changemakers last month to continue our Real Talk: Changemakers Edition panels. This week, we continued the virtual series with another round of our 2020 Changemakers in order to discuss how they ensure they maintain self-care practices while serving as entrepreneurs and organizers. Actress Jameela Jamil moderated the live event, leading an impactful discussion with Maya Caine of MIVE, Cat Lantigua of Goddess Council, Katie Howland of Millie’s BookshelfHaile Thomas of The Happy Org and Cassie Da’Luz Vieira-Manion & Chelsea Murray of Spoonies Unite

Check out the video below to see Jameela and the Changemakers talk about the importance of self-love, navigating the stressors of life today, and what self-care looks like for each person’s unique needs. Then let us know in the comments what your biggest takeaways are from the REAL advice shared throughout this panel.

We hope you gained fresh insight and inspiration after watching our third Real Talk: Changemakers Edition. How do you exercise self-care? Share with us in the comments Aerie fam!

I've had body issues my whole life and work on my confidence every day. Lately I have been working on this and want to become a model which I never thought possible. I also have a comedic side and want to bring it out.
