Just start. Start slowly, be kind to yourself, find something you enjoy.

What is your advice during these times to continue a workout routine without having to go to the gym if you don’t have access to equipment?
There is so much we can do with so little, but it can be really hard to motivate. Many trainers offer programs. Myself and my FORM Fitness team have an affordable online training program that has a fully body weight option. Sometimes having structure can truly help motivate and keep people moving.
