Pumpkin spice gets icy! We turned your fave seasonal staple into an anything-but-basic treat. And yes ladies, it’s dairy free. Find out how to make the dessert that’s full of pumpkin spice and everything nice!

What you need

What to do

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine frozen bananas, pumpkin puree, maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Once combined, transfer ingredients into a freezer safe container.
  4. Freeze for 24 hours.
  5. Remove the container from the freezer and let soften for a few minutes.
  6. Heat an ice cream scoop with warm water for easy scooping and scoop into bowls.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
