Summer is the season for our 3 favorite B words – beach, BBQs and bikinis! We’re sure you’ve been crushing your sweat sesh game so far this summer, but if you’re looking to switch up your fitness routine or for a workout to do while on vacation, this is a quick, no-fuss full-body routine you can complete in 10 minutes or less! Take CHAARG of your health and have a little fun while doing it!
Boat Crunches
Abdominal exercise to strengthen your core and flatten your belly.
Timing: hold for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds
Tricep Dips
Arm exercise that focuses on your triceps while creating a lean chest and shoulders.
Timing: dip for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds
Plank Knee To Opposite Elbow
Predominately core exercise that engages your entire body.
Timing: work for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds
Side Plank Hip Dips
Abdominal exercise that focuses on your obliques.
Timing: work for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds on each side
Squat Jumps
Combine a body weight squat with an explosion between each.
Timing: work for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds
