AE Strigid Curvy Super High-Waisted Relaxed Short

The sizing was perfect/spot on, the dark blue color was exactly the same, and the length was perfect. Usually shorts these days are on the shorter side but these were right in the middle. Highly recommend

they fit true to size for sure im usually a 14,16 in shorts and 14 fit really good

There super comfy, not tight, a good length wich is hard to find when shopping for jean shorts, I do wish they had more styles like these, I would buy all of them!

Amazing! finally a breathable short that isn’t too short. I’m usually a size 2 but since I’m petite and this high waist I ordered a size 0 and turned out a perfect fit. Highly recommend for us curvy but petite girls 🫶🏻

these and the lighter pair i bought in same style were exactly the same size and fit wonderful. no tight waist on these! love them so much.

I got these last weekend cause I have an upcoming trip and there amazing, there so comfy and have enough coverage, my friend who never wears any kind of jeans or jean shorts naught them just because they were so comfortable, I have a bigger but and a smaller waist and these fit  really nice.

I own almost all the AE curvy jeans/shorts, so trust me when I say these are amazing! No waist gap, enough room in the legs, and the perfect length! To those saying they’re too tight in the waist and big in the legs, you might be better off with the regular version of these and not the curvy ones! They are also a “relaxed” fit, meaning a bit of looseness in the legs is to be expected! As someone with mucular legs but a smaller waist, these fit my athletic body type perfectly in all the right places. I’m a 00-0 in AE Curvy jeans, so I went with the 00 and they fit great. If between sizes, size down. The Strigid fabrication will loosen up just the right amount, so you want them to feel pretty fitted. If they are tight, but not too uncomfortable, that’s perfect! They relax a bit after a couple wears. AE, these are perfection! Thank you! Please make more!! BRB… I’m off to get these in every colour!!! 🤩😍

i really want to love these. They are a tad smaller in the waist than im used to with AE. i think if i sized up then they might be too large but i cant even try another size because they are all sold out. they are shorter in the back then in the front. which is unfortunate. if they were like the front length then they would be great! im on the fence trying to decide if i want to return them, especailly since they are no longer available.

I just got these shorts and so far I liked them. The material is nice and seems to be of good quality. The big issue is that it is not curvy enough. The waist is still too big and I sized down from my regular size 8 to a 6.

From a girl with a big but, thick thighs & a smaller waist. The "curvy" shorts are not the same as the curvy jeans in my opinion. I would typically get a size 10 in curvy jeans at AE and size 12 in regular jeans. With these curvy shorts, I find that my size is the same as in regular jeans (size 12). Unfortunately, there is still a gap at my waist with two curvy shorts that I have gotten. Overall, the shorts fit quite well and are a good length. I would appreciate it if AE stated the inseam length on all shorts.

I love these shorts worn so much already perfect for everyday use they do ride up a little but that is to be expected

they were slightly baggier and more ripped on the bottom than shown.

these are great! AE definitely changed their sizing recently so I’m now one size up from when they first started their curvy line. there is some gaping in the waist but it doesn’t bother me. they’re also NOT “super” high waisted, just normal high waisted which is what i wanted!

size up! im usually a 12 in the curvy jeans but i had to size up to a 14. did not like the length felt a bit too long for me but if you like coverage these are perfect!!

Nice dark wash without rips and a modest inseam. unfortunately, sizing tips from other reviewers were not accurate for me and i have to return. The waistline is true to size and the thighs are roomy, so order your normal stretchy pant size unless your waist is signifcantly smaller than your hips. If that’s the case, you may actually be able to size down since the shorts already allow for larger hips.

i am normally a size 14 in aerie curvy jeans but these did not fit at all :( i could get them zipped but they were way too tight, and (despite being curvy) still had a sizeable gap in the back. i have a size 16 and they fit much better! 33” waist, 47” hips

big waist great on the thighs tho

i wanted to love but unfortunately these just didnt work out. im usually a size 16 and bought a size bigger to be safe. tight around waist and lose around legs.

I still haven’t received them, they’ve been sitting in a FedEx facility for the last 10 days with no answers from customer service or FedEx. This was originally supposed to be 2 day shipping and I had originally ordered them on 6/4/24.

def not true to size . I did a size 14 and I wear 14 in everything here. Their sizing changed. super discouraging
