Aerie Crossover High Waisted Bikini Bottom

This was not as high as I was hoping and hit right at my belly button. I liked the material and coverage, just wasn't the fit I was looking for. #AEReviewSweepsEntry

I really wanted to love these but they just weren’t the quality I expect from aerie. The material felt really cheap and there was so much of it in the crotch area it looked all Bunched. The sizing seemed a little large even though according to the size chart I should be in a medium. I sent these back

I did not like these at all. They were not very flattering on the tummy especially if you have bigger hips. #AEReviewSweepsEntry

I am 5’6, 130 lbs, purchased a medium and have had two c-sections. I thought this swim bottom would be perfect to hide my scar, and to keep everything in place while chasing the kids around. The medium was too large and for some reason I was not a fan of the high waisted swimsuit. So I returned it.

I loved the look of this style online and was hopeful that I'd have finally found a high rise bottom that doesn't look like a diaper on me. Unfortunately it just isn't high enough for my 5'9" long-torsoed frame. It hits awkwardly mid-rise and instead of a V like the picture it turns into more of a scoop shape which just makes it look like my belly fat is making it sag in front...NOT flattering. The fabric seems good and I liked the rear coverage but yeah I'm returning this one.

I did not think these were flattering as they should have been. I do think I’d rather buy the textured bottoms vs the plain black. The shimmer or shine doesn’t hide as much.

I originally liked the fit of these but they are super thin, and once they get wet they show everything. Not flattering at all. They need a liner in the front. Very disappointed in this purchase.

I was excited to take these bottoms with me on vacation, the first time I wore them they looked so good and made me feel comfortable with the right coverage that I was looking for! The second time swimming in the pool, I noticed that the fabric was damaged and coming apart. Beware as these won't hold up if you are using them to lounge poolside, like the model in the photo as the fabric will get caught in the roughness of cement/plaster and the bottoms will get damaged. So disappointing as they are not good to wear anymore.
